Bag of boneless skinless chicken breasts Bag of red potatoes
Bag of baby Carrots
Stalk of Celery
1/4 cup of oil
salt and pepper to taste.
Grease casserole dish with spray or oil and put the chicken breasts in the dish. Cut up potatoes, and put them in a bowl with baby carrots. Cut celery off of stock. You can use as many potatoes as you want and cut off as much celery as you want. Just make sure you add this to a bowl, and mix it with 1/4 cup of oil. Mix well. Once it is mixed cover chicken with mixture. Put aluminum foil over dish and cook at 495 for the first ten minutes, then after that turn the oven down to 400 degrees for an hour. After the hour is up take out of oven and let cool. The recipe is delicious and easy to throw together.
